We have an addition to our family, He/She is currently about the size of a peach! Perfectly healthy and growing baby!! I am currently 14 weeks and 3 days! I still have quite a while but time has been going by so fast!! I had my first ultrasound last week and the doctor said everything looked perfect. My due date is March 5th, 2011. We are so excited to have another baby in our family. I had very bad morning sickness these past weeks, it is NOT fun.. but it is finally stopping! I haven't been as sick so that's good.
When we found out we were pregnant we wanted to sit down and tell Cooper.. he didn't take it as good as we thought he would.. He turned around to face the wall and ignored us. He wouldn't talk about it. When people would ask him if he was going to be a brother he would ignore them. He is just now finally getting a little better, he will talk about it sometimes. I took him to my ultrasound and he got to hear the baby's heartbeat and see it move. He will now say, "baby, du du du (while pounding on his chest)" He is showing everyone what the babies heartbeat did. It is precious. He also calls the baby Katie... I dont know where this came from because he doesn't know a Katie but that is what he named it. :) He is going to be the best big brother i could honestly ask for.
I am so grateful for Cooper, he is such a big help to me and is so loving. If this next baby is anything like him I will be so lucky!
